FIELD: electrolytic metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the area of electrolytic metallurgy and may be used for protection against galvanic corrosion in metallic constructs from heterogeneous metals and alloys operating in water corrosion active environments. The method involves treatment of surface using method of plasma-electrolyte oxidation in monopolar mode in water electrolyte containing 10-20 g/l of sodium orthophosphate, for 1-2 minutes with voltage increasing to 250-300 V, and then for 10-15 minutes with voltage 250-300 V. On the treated surface using the sedimentation of wetting film the dispersion is put, containing, % w/w: metoxy {3-[(2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 8, 8, 8pentadekafluorooctil)]oxy)propyl}silane 0.003-0.006, aerosil with particles size 20-200 μm 2.5-4.0 and organic solvent - the rest.
EFFECT: improvement of hydrophobic properties and increase of corrosion resistance resulting from the application of the coatings.
