FIELD: road repair works.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road repair works and can be used to re-use the old asphalt. The method of cold regeneration of asphalt and concrete pavement layers consists in their loosening by milling, introduction of additions into the shredded material, mixing the components, distribution of the mixture and its compaction. Before milling the surface of the old coating is covered with a layer of shredded material produced before and mineral powder in the amount of 5% by weight of a mixture of milled and deposited materials, and as additives the powdered material is introduced with 4% of bitumen emulsion and 1.5% of cement in excess of 100% from the weight of the mixture of milled and deposited materials.
EFFECT: increased strength of the regenerated layer and lower material costs.
