FIELD: road construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for the preparation of organic and mineral mixtures for the construction and repair of road surfaces with the simultaneous disposal of old asphalt concrete in the construction of the upper layers of pavement and repair of road surfaces. The technical result of the claimed invention is to improve the quality of cold asphalt mixes by restoring the quality of old bitumen in recycled asphalt concrete (RAC), increasing resistance to studded tires, increasing the construction season, the possibility of pre-preparation and transportation of the mixture over long distances without compromising its quality, and also the possibility of reusing asphalt concrete. The cold organic-mineral mixture is prepared without heating the components and contains mineral components of asphalt concrete, recycled asphalt concrete of fractions of 5-15 mm and 0-5 mm, and organic-bitumen emulsion in an amount of 2% by weight of these components, moreover, the mineral components and recycled asphalt concrete are in ratio from 1:2 to 1:4. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that it is proposed to use an organic-bitumen emulsion as a binder, in which the dispersion medium is organic oils, thinners or plasticizers.

EFFECT: improved quality of cold asphalt mixes.
