SUBSTANCE: innovation relates to the methods and devices for operations performance on the tree of channels in communication systems; there have been invented methods and devices for the execution of the operations on the tree of channels in communication systems which distribute the tree of channels to enhance the computation speed of operations on the tree of channels to plan the resources of the channel in the communication system; the above methods involves the depletion of every single or several identifiers of the real units of the tree of channel into the certain identifiers of the virtual units on the basis of the set distribution scheme; after the depletion the methods include execution of one or more operations on one or more real units of the tree of channels using the identifiers of the virtual units; there has also been discovered a correspondent device executed to perform open methods.
