FIELD: nonsmoking products.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the production method of non-smoking nicotine-containing products of water naswar type. The method includes preparation of recipe components in accordance with traditional technology. The dough is prepared with the following ingredients ratio according to the weight within the accuracy ±2%: shag tobacco - 400; lacorice root - 300; peach juice concentrate in terms of 70 % content of dry substances - 90; sugar juice in terms of 70 % concentration - 90; calcium and/or magnesium citrate - 70; water - no more than 1000. The mixture is received according to the following procedures. The cinnamon is extracted with fluid carbon dioxide with separation of the corresponding miscella. The shag tobacco and the lacorice root are cut, separately dried in the microwave field till the residual moisture reaches the level of 20 % with the microwave power allowing to heat the raw material up to the temperature inside the pieces of 80-90°C, for at least 1 hour. Then shag and licorice root is mixed, saturated with separated miscella with extract content of 0.03% of the saturated mass of shag and licorice root mixture with simultaneous increase of pressure, then pressure is released to atmospheric with simultaneous freezing of the shag and licorice root mixture. Then subliming and removing of carbon dioxide is executed with simultaneous bulbing of the mixture, addition of peach juice concentrate, sugar juice, calcium citrate and/or magnesium and water to it and shaping of the obtained mixture thus getting the target product.
EFFECT: invention ensures extraction of a non-smoking nicotine-containing product from shag tobacco that is characterized by the improved organoleptic features and prolonged storage life, reducing at the same time losses of flavouring substances and nicotine of the raw material.
