FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: this method covers production of non-smoking nicotine-containing products of naswar type, and includes preparation of formulation components, extraction of estragon by liquid carbon dioxide with separation of corresponding miscella; then wild tobacco and licorice root are cut and dried in a microwave field until 20% of residual humidity is reached, herewith microwave field shall provide heating of raw materials up to 80-90°C inside its pieces, within at least 1 hour. Then wild tobacco and licorice root are mixed, saturated with separated miscella with 0.03% extract content from mix mass. Simultaneously the pressure is raised, and after saturation it is relieved to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of the mix, its distillation and elimination of carbon dioxide with simultaneous bulbing of the mix. Then peach juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium citrate and/or magnesium and water are added to the mix which is later formed. This mix is prepared with the following components mass ratio with ±2% accuracy: wild tobacco - 400, licorice root - 300, peach juice concentrate (as for 70% of solids content) - 90, sugar syrup (as for 70% concentration) - 90, calcium citrate and/or magnesium - 70, water - max. 1000.
EFFECT: new non-smoking nicotine-containing product from wild tobacco with enhanced organoleptic characteristics and prolonged shelf life with reduction of flavours and nicotine losses in raw material.
