FIELD: nonsmoking products.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the production method of non-smoking nicotine-containing products of water naswar type. The method includes preparation of compound components, extraction of cinammon with fluid carbon dioxide with separation of the corresponding miscella, cutting of shag and licorice root. After cutting the shag tobacco and the lacorice root are cut , dried in the microwave field till the residual moisture reaches the level of 20 % with the microwave power allowing to heat the raw material up to the temperature inside the pieces of 80-90°C, for at least 1 hour. Then the shag tobacco and licorice root are mixed, saturated with the separated miscella with the extract content of 0.03% of the mixture weight with simultaneous pressure increase. When saturated, pressure is increased and after saturation the pressure is released to atmospheric with simultaneous freezing of the mixture. Then subliming is performed and the carbon dioxide is removed with simultaneous bulbing of the mixture. Grape juice concentrate, sugar juice, calcium and/or magnesium citrate, and water are added to the bulged mixture, and the obtained mixture is shaped. The mixture is prepared with the following mixing ratio according to the weight within the accuracy ±2%: shag tobacco - 400; licorice root - 300; grape juice concentrate in terms of 70 % content of dry substances - 90; sugar juice in terms of 70 % concentration - 90; calcium and/or magnesium citrate - 70; water - no more than 1000.
EFFECT: invention ensures extraction of a non-smoking nicotine-containing product from shag tobacco that is characterized by the improved organoleptic features and prolonged storage life, reducing at the same time losses of flavouring substances and nicotine of the raw material.
