STAINLESS PLATED STEEL REACTOR FOR CONTINUOUS HETEROGENIC CATALYTIC FRACTIONAL DEHYDRATION OF AT LEAST ONE HYDROCARBON AND THE METHOD OF DEHYDRATION Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC B32B15/01 B01J19/02 C07C5/333

Abstract RU 2442691 C9

FIELD: production of the dehydrated hydrocarbons.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of the dehydrated hydrocarbons and relates to the method of the contentious heterogenic catalytic fractional dehydration of at least one to be dehydrated hydrocarbon in the reactor made of the compound material which from the side attached to the reaction volume consists of the steel B possessing the special elements which is connected to the farther from the reaction volume side A directly or through the intermediate layer of copper and nickel plated on steel the A possessing the special number of elements; the partial oxidation of the dehydrated hydrocarbon and the reactor itself; the steel A is represented by a nickel-chromium special steel with a minor content of silicon (less than 1%) for example the steel of the mark of origin 1.4910 or 1.4958 (according to the DIN classification); the steel B is represented by the nickel-chromium special steel with a higher content of silicon (from 1 to 4%) for example the steel of the mark of origin 1.4841 (according to the DIN classification).

EFFECT: invention secures creation of the compound material having the high resistibility to the alternating heat-load due to the close values of the coefficients of the thermal expansion of certain steel layers, high and durable resistibility to embrittlement, carbonization and formation of metallic dust and the minimal undesirable catalytic effect.
