FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of aviation and more precisely to the pod for a jet turbine engine, the jet turbine engine and the power package of the aircraft. The pod for the jet turbine engine contains in its back part an exterior structure (6) that forms an annular channel (8) for the air flow together with the coaxial internal structure (9) that embraces the back part of the jet turbine engine in the flow direction. The internal structure (9) is installed so that it can move along the pod axle from the working position in which the internal structure serves as a cover for the back part of the jet turbine engine in the flow direction to the maintenance position in which the internal structure opens the back part of the jet turbine engine in the flow direction.
EFFECT: reduction of the pod weight and more convenient maintenance of the jet turbine engine of the aircraft.
