SUBSTANCE: invention is based on triangulation method of range measurement. Angles measurement in this invention is performed by optic beacons installed on the base distance from each other, wherein said devices perform continuous and automatic alignment of its optical axles with target direction.

EFFECT: increased precision of target ranging and increased security of optoelectronic system of search and track operation.
