FIELD: radio engineering and communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used in systems of surveillance passive radar and radio observation for single-position high-precision determination of velocities, coordinates and trajectories of radio-emitting objects (REO) moving in space. To achieve a technical result, the construction of the trajectory of each object is performed on an auxiliary inclined plane passing through a straight section of the trajectory in space and lying outside the trajectory of the observation point, and in this plane, as calculated in the application, the angles ck,1, each is a hypotenuse of a spherical rectangular triangle with legs Δβk,1 and Δεk,1, lying on the lines of the coordinates of the azimuth and the elevation angle, and is equal to the angular dimension of the projection onto the celestial sphere of the object's path in time Δtk,1=tk-t1. In adjacent sections of the trajectory, the magnitude of the carrier increment ratio is calculated with allowance for the Doppler effect and the REO heading angle in the auxiliary plane is determined, and then calculate the magnitude of the velocity vector of the object, the distance traveled by the REO during time interval Δt3,1 at an angle c3,1, and inclined distances to points A3 and A1, then determine the angles and distances for subsequent points Ak, for k>3, as well as the inclined distance D1(k) to point A1 using the Sk,1 and ck,1 to detect the beginning of REO maneuver, and for the subsequent construction of its trajectory in the next section of piecewise linear approximation, similar calculations are repeated.

EFFECT: ability to measure, by a single algorithm, the directions and speeds of REO movement moving in space in arbitrary directions and with a variable altitude of flight, and also the construction of their trajectories.
