FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building and may be used to harvest melons with their loading into a transport facility as commodities or for processing. The melon pickup comprises a lifting drum, a frame (3), a spreader (1). To discharge melons into the transport facility (5), the pickup is equipped with a conveyor (4), at the output of which there is a device installed hingedly in the form of a casing (6). The device is equipped with a movable carriage (7) with an elastic tape (9), length of which makes it possible to form waves.
EFFECT: invention provides for discharge of melons from the lifting drum into the transport facility without damages.
