FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for production of non-smoking nicotine-containing products like water naswar. The method envisages preparation of formula components. Mixture is prepared at the following weight ratio of components with accuracy of ± 2%: rustic tobacco - 400; soapwort roots - 300; concentrated cherry plum juice in conversion to 70% of dry substances content - 90; sugar syrup in conversion to 70% concentration - 90; calcium and/or magnesium citrate - 70, water up to 1000. The mixture is produced as follows: cinnamon is extracted with liquid carbon dioxide to separate according miscella. Rustic tobacco and soapwort roots are cut, separately dried in microwave oven till residual humidity about 20% at microwave field power providing for warming each kind raw material inside the bits till temperature of 80-90°C during at least an hour. Then one mixes rustic tobacco and soapwort roots, impregnates them with separated miscella with extract content of 0.03% of impregnated rustic tobacco and soapwort roots mixture weight with simultaneous increase of pressure, reduces pressure down to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of the rustic tobacco and soapwort roots mixture. One performs subliming and removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous swelling of the rustic tobacco and soapwort roots mixture, addition of cherry plum juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water and moulding the produced mixture to produce the end product.
EFFECT: produced a nicotine-containing rustic tobacco product with improved organoleptic properties and extended storage life combined with decreasing losses of flavouring substances and initial raw material nicotine.
