FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-smoking nicotine-containing products production technology. The method envisages preparation of recipe ingredients, allspice extraction with liquid carbon dioxide with corresponding miscella separation. Rustic tobacco and soapwort roots are cut and dried in microwave field at preset parameters of the process. One performs mixing, impregnation of the components with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure. Pressure is reduced down to atmospheric one with simultaneous freezing of the mixture. Subliming and removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous swelling of the mixture, addition of cherry plum juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water and moulding the produced mixture to produce the end product.
EFFECT: method allows to produce a non-smoking nicotine-containing rustic tobacco product with improved organoleptic properties and extended storage life combined with decreasing losses of flavouring substances and initial raw material nicotine.
