FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, oncology, surgery, physiotherapy and can be used for treating patients with evident and prolonged lymphorrhea following a breast cancer surgery. For the purpose of increasing clinical effectiveness, due to prevention of developing postoperative complications and reduction in their rate in 5-8 postoperative days, an axillary area, a shoulder and a back area are exposed to a magnetic laser from an injury side at magnetic induction within 20-50 mT, infrared laser pulse train within 80 Hz, power 0.5-1.0 Wt, with using a distant labile defocused beam within 1.0-2.0 min, daily. The course includes 8-15 magnetic laser procedures according to lymphorrhea extension, and starting from the 9th day, the therapy is added with a continuous and gradual SCENAR exposure for 5-10 min for the same areas, and starting from the 16th day it is only SCENAR procedures 10-15 in number that are used daily.

EFFECT: invention can be used for treating patients with evident and prolonged lymphorrhea following the breast cancer surgery.
