FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, otolaryngology, and can be used for treating chronic rhinitis and inflammation of paranasal sinuses in oncological patients. Against the background of symptomatic therapy with the first day of treatment is exposed by magnetic laser on the nasal area and paranasal sinuses by constant magnetic field. Magnetic induction intensity within 20–50 mTl. Laser pulse repetition frequency of infrared spectrum within 80 Hz. Power 0.1–0.25 W. Impact throughout the area loosely, with a distance of 0.5–1.0 cm for 15–30 s. Then treated by scenar in a continuous and gradual modes at 3–5 min 1 time a day. Total amount is 5-8 procedures, performed daily.
EFFECT: method provides increasing of effectiveness and reducing the length of treatment by anti-inflammatory, reparative effect, increased local immunity of nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses.
