FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flame spraying hardware running on the mix of combustible gas substitute (of methane, natural gas, propane, etc), oxygen and compressed air. Torch has nozzles feature angle of inclination to central channel varying from 4° to 30°. Tubular nozzle outer cone features inclination to central channel varying from 4° to 70°. Distance from nozzle edge to rubbed sleeve edge at outlet makes 1-10 nozzle ID at nozzle edge.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of coat spraying and safety.
