FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to gas-thermal application of polymer coatings. Proposed device for gas-thermal spraying of polymer coatings comprises burner, material feed assembly, air feed assembly provided with gas, material and air feed channels, nozzle and material feeder. Nozzle is formed by two coaxially mounted cylinders placed one in the other with a through gap forming a cooling chamber. Inner cylinder is closed at the rear end by a cover forming a melting chamber inside. Spraying head of annular shape and nozzle of material supply are mounted at the end of the nozzle, so that the outlet hole of the nozzle is located in the centre of the ring of the spraying nozzle. Gas supply channel of the burner is interconnected with the spraying head, the nozzles of which are located radially and come out on one side of the spraying head. Along the perimeter of the inner cylinder there are holes with the possibility of passage of an ejection air flow outside the nozzle into the melting chamber. Also disclosed is a method for gas-thermal sputtering of polymer coatings.
EFFECT: providing a technologically efficient method of gas-thermal sputtering of polymer coatings on metal articles and structures and devices for its implementation with high specific output.
