FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method may be used in production of ribbed panels, particularly, long T- and double-T-sections. Floor plate is placed on assembly stand support plate and secured along plate outline. Stiffness rib is arranged and rigidly fixed on floor sheet by means of appropriate appliance, one its edge being restrained. Forces is applied to rib second, unrestrained, edge at angle α=3÷10° to produce lengthwise stretching and compressing forces above and below axes of symmetry of the rib, respectively. In welding, stiffness rib is stabilised by pressing it to floor sheet prior to forming welding seam zone.
EFFECT: invention rules out rib upping in welding, limits deformation in vertical and horizontal planes.
