FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to production of gypsum finer boards. Proposed method comprises mixing crushed gypsum with substrate particles from fibrous reinforcing material and sufficient amount of fluid including water to produce suspension containing, at least, 60 wt % of fluid, gypsum calcination in the presence of substrate particles and water in hexafluoropropylene heating suspension at pressure to obtain suspension mix including water and alpha-shaped crystals of calcium sulphate semi-hydrate, feeding suspension mix via pressure tank into board forming zone above top surface of flat porous forming linen, and arranging crosswise element above forming linen part. Crosswise element outlet part is arranged above pressure tank outlet part or downstream of said tank. Reinforcing screen is passed above pressure tank and crosswise element and into forming pool for intrusion of reinforcing screen into suspension mix in said pool. Crosswise element is arranged perpendicular to screen motion direction. Water is removed from suspension mix to produce board carpet with screen intruded into board carpet. Board carpet including intruded screen is compacted. Calcinated gypsum is re-calcinated to form the board including bound substrate particles and gypsum with screen, and the board thus produced is dried.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
