FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: one or more fillers represent a sintered perlite, on which at least a partial coating is applied from a film-forming thermoplastic polymer. In some realisations of this invention a binder or a filler is a calcined or non-calcined gypsum. One of realisations of this invention represents a wall panel, which includes a solid matrix of calcium sulfate dihydrate crystals joined with a sintered perlite. The method to manufacture a panel includes production of a sintered perlite and application of a coating from a film-forming thermoplastic polymer. After preparation of a sintered perlite it is mixed with water, with other fillers and with one or more binders to produce a suspension. The suspension is shaped in the form of a panel and dried.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce water content in sound-insulating panels and provides for the possibility to mix a processed perlite with a suspension and its light wettability.
