FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and specifically to protection of grain crops and maize from weeds. The herbicidal composition contains 2-methoxy-3,6-dichlorobenzoic acid and a co-herbicide. 2-methoxy-3,6-dichlorobenzoic acid is presented in form of an normal or isomeric C₅-C₁₀ ester or a trialkylamine salt or an oxyethylated alkylamine salt, one alkyl radical or an oxyethylated chain containing not less than 8 carbon atoms. The co-herbicide is N-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-5-methoxy-8-fluoro-1,2,4-triazolo-1,5-pyrimidine-2-sulphamide (florasulam) in form of a trialkylamine salt or an oxyethylated alkylamine salt, one alkyl radical or an oxyethylated chain containing not less than 8 carbon atoms. The composition additionally contains a nonionic surfactant. The composition is presented in form of an emulsion concentrate.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a preparation in form of an emulsion concentrate which is stable in aqueous solutions.
