SUBSTANCE: composition comprises an effective ratio of modifications of active ingredients and auxiliary components in weight ratio per unit weight of dimethylalkylamine salt of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid: nonionic surfactant- not less than 0.4, or cationic surfactant, or a mixture thereof - not less than 0.3, dimethylalkylamine salt of 2-methoxy-3,6-dichlorobenzoic acid - not more than 0.2, 2-ethylhexyl ether of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid - not more than 0.4, organic solvent - not more than 0.1. The organic solvent is preferably aromatic. The composition is capable of forming thermodynamically stable microemulsion aqueous solutions with droplet size of the dispersion phase in the nanometre range.
