SUBSTANCE: invention relates to circulation water treatment, processing fluids, coolant-lubricants, detergents, and may be used at metal processing plants at metal cutting, rolling, etc. Module comprises tank with processed fluid accommodating horizontal elements, feed and discharge branch pipes, grids communicated with distribution and intake chambers, guide hoses, floating platform provided with pump, manifold valve with nozzles directed toward aforesaid horizontal elements. Device comprises additionally inclined elements arranged upstream of horizontal elements. Horizontal and inclined elements are made up of stacks made form cellular plastic sections, for example, cellular polycarbonate. Quantity of stacks with horizontal and inclined elements, height and length of bar spacing in every stack is selected while purification degree is defined by the formula and compared with selected value.
