FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and serves to control freight and passenger train pneumatic and electropneumatic brakes. Driver's brake valve consists of control and actuating parts. Control part has automatic setter of release mode and braking step magnitude with automatic lap. Setter comprises three-position controller with microprocessor and program written on the bases of release and braking position algorithm. Aforesaid setter is connected with electronic control unit and incorporates setting component with microprocessor with programs written on the basis of algorithms of brake valve operation at required release conditions and braking steps. Electronic reducer is connected with control part and incorporates microprocessor with program written on the basis of algorithm of release electromagnetic valve operation to set preset pressure in pressure relay equalising chamber and equalising tank charging pressure. Electronic control unit microprocessor loaded is algorithm of automatic operation to eliminate overcharge pressure by the rate of extra braking electromagnetic valve smoothness, algorithm of setting overcharge pressure in equalising tank in compliance with overcharge pressure in air control chamber of locomotive brake air distributor.
EFFECT: high automatic accuracy and laps in braking, ruling out spontaneous release at laps, simple and easy operation.
