FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: drilling bit comprises hollow housing with working head reinforced with rock-destructing components, and with radial and axial channels, and sleeve with axial and radial channels, which is arranged in the housing cavity. Peculiar feature of the proposed bit is that sleeve located in the housing cavity is made in the form of a shell spring-loaded in axial direction and having an axial channel at the bottom and projections on side surface. Shell projections are arranged in screw cavities made on inner surface of the housing; at that, radial and axial channels of the shell and housing are interconnected in upper and lower extreme position of the shell. Axial channel of the shell is made in the form of a seat for waste valve, and spring of the shell is arranged between its bottom and bottom of the bit housing.
EFFECT: higher operating efficiency of the bit and its technical and economic performance at simultaneous simplification of the manufacturing technology.
