FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: GNSS receiver includes a controlled code generator which is configurable to generate a set of spread-spectrum code signals in GNSS. Each spread-spectrum code signal has the appropriate length which corresponds to the repetition period. The set of spread-spectrum code signals includes a first and a second spread-spectrum signal, having a different first and second length. The controlled code generator includes a feedback loop which includes a programmable feedback mask and a feedback mask table, where the feedback mask table contains a set of feedback masks, the feedback masks corresponding the appropriate GNSS spread-spectrum code signal and where the appropriate feedback mask for the appropriate spread-spectrum code signal is a binary presentation of the corresponding polynomial.
EFFECT: improved generation of pseudorandom codes in GNSS receivers.
