SUBSTANCE: minimisation method of inner pressure in fuel source of fuel element involves the stages at which: inner chamber is filled with fuel of fuel element; the above inner chamber is sealed inside external housing; fuel source is heated to the temperature below fuel boiling point; fuel source is kept at the above temperature during the pre-determined time period; and fuel source is cooled to room temperature.
EFFECT: reduction of inner pressure in fuel source of fuel element.
