FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: modular data processing centre comprises electric power generator modules and modules for accommodating and providing server cells which can be juxtaposed with other modules. The modules are composed of unified cells: cooling, corridor, vestibule and server cells, the latter accommodating servers, data storage systems and telecommunication equipment. The method comprises modules of operational compatibility with possibility of spatial arrangement both horizontally relative each other and vertically relative each other, and providing movement of cooled air from the cooling cell through cold corridors to server cells and movement of hot air from server cells through hot corridors to cooling cells. The modules are arranged and connected electrically, mechanically and through data. The data processing centre is connected and servers, data storage systems and telecommunication equipment are activated.
EFFECT: high flexibility of the system in continuous operation conditions, including a modified data processing centre, which enables efficient redistribution of data processing centre system resources, the level of differentiation of reliability of data processing centre systems, unification of the integration system with other parts of data processing centres, which cuts the time for installing and putting into operation as part of the data processing centre.
