FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed comprises housing divided by heat shield into hot and cold compartments to place one portion of IT-hardware in cold compartment and another portion in hot compartment. System incorporates also internal air conditioner with blower. Said housing is made from impermeable outer shell with high heat conductivity and inner shell with low heat conductivity. Area is formed between said shells communicating via first hole with cold compartment and, via second hole, with hot compartment. Air conditioner with blower displace cold air in closed circuit including first hole, cold compartment, IT-hardware, hot compartment, second hole, and are between housing internal and eternal shells.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of cooling, electric power savings.
