SUBSTANCE: ridger-seeder comprises ridge formers mounted on the frame, seeding apparatus, packer wheels. The ridge formers are mounted on the frame in a checkerboard pattern. The packer wheels comprise a composite frame, an axis with rings, L-shaped adjusting brackets with semiaxis and spherical disks. L-shaped adjusting brackets are mounted on the side rails of the composite frame. The spherical discs are mounted on the semiaxes of L-shaped brackets with convex side towards the axis of symmetry of the packer wheel with the possibilities of movement in the vertical plane and fixation in stated position. Spherical discs also have the ability to move with L-shaped brackets in the horizontal plane of the side rails of the composite frame. The composite frame of the wheel is adapted to change the angle of the side rails together with L-shaped adjusting brackets and the spherical disks to the direction of motion and fixation in stated position.

EFFECT: invention will improve the quality of seeding row crops and provide the necessary density of the soil over the seeds sown.
