FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, anesthesiology and endocrinology. First carried out is thermal imaging functional examination of foot surface. After that, one-sided standard cold sample is carried out. Temperature values are fixed immediately after cold sample and after 30 minutes. Single blockade of peronial nerve is performed. The next day after blockade analogous examination is repeated. In case if by 30-th minute after cold sample in the course of re-examination temperature increase grows in comparison with the examination before blockade, conclusion about appropriateness of carrying out course of blockades is made.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to preliminarily estimate blockade efficiency and, therefore, further appropriateness of carrying out course of such blockades.
