FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying heat-insulating bandage, anesthesia, antibacterial, anticoagulation, blood-vessel-dilating and symptomatic therapy, hyperbaric oxygenation in pressure chamber. The injured extremity is compressed after pressure therapy session to create venous stasis condition and regional introduction of 0.2 g of acetylcholine chloride in 10 ml of 2% Novocain solution.
