FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, vocal hygiene and may be used in vocal training or in the environment accompanying scenic job by vocal artists independently, in groups, or under the supervision of a specialist. It involves a complex of self-controlled recreation respiratory exercises and static motions following or accompanying educational and professional activities. A sequence of the exercises may be as follows: at first vocal cords are relieved by phonation with using an output deep-chested 'A' sound with a relaxed lower jaw; a glissando is made from the most upper note of the range to the lowest note; a maxillary joint is relieved by point massage; then shoulder girdle and neck muscles are relieved by static relaxation motions; a diaphragm is relieved by impulses attending active exhalation, while intercostal and other thoracic and abdominal muscles are relieved by hyperextension. The other sequence is nevertheless allowed.
EFFECT: method provides relieving the vocal apparatus fatigue following the job, improved sound and intoning during educational and professional activities, maintained health and longevity of the singing apparatus.
