SUBSTANCE: complex of vocal and rhythmic exercises performed on the staccato, wherein the notes of a musical phrase are sung rhythmically, briefly, curtly, without linking to each other and separated one from another by means of alternation of active singing inhalation and passive exhalation. While climbing up the melody, vowel "i" is used first, and while going down - vowel "a". In case of repeated climbing, vowel "i" is used again, while vowel "e" is used for going down. The first four exercises are performed on a scale of fifths - 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 stages of major mode. The first exercise - fifths scale, up and down: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, pause, then the scale is repeated. The second - fifth scale, up and down: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, repetition without pause. The third - fifths scale, up and down with a five-fold repetition of the first note of the scale: 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, pause and repetition of the scale. The fourth exercise is similar to the second. The fifth - on arpeggio scale 1, 3, 5, 1 of the second octave, 5, 3, 1, pause and repetition. The sixth exercise is done on arpeggio with repetition: 1, 3, 5, 1 of the second octave, 5, 3, 1, 3, 5, 1 of the second octave, 5, 3, 1, and repetition. Further, along with the development of each individual exercise a semitone is added during repetition, increasing the range and gradually expanding it up to an octave, and then - up to one and a half and two octaves.

EFFECT: stable result of self-regulation for organs involved in phonation, prevention of diseases, development, improvement and preservation of a healthy voice, obtaining of a beautiful voice sound, provides automation of phonation coordination in a short period of time.
