SUBSTANCE: invention relates to firearms used in emergency situations related to fires, anthropogenic and natural cataclysms and for military purposes. The result is achieved by the fact that in a barrelled thrower comprises a barrelled pipe with a charging chamber communicating with a gas balloon and equipped with a spark gap, a lock at the rear side of the charging chamber, a homing system, according to the solution, the shell in the barrelled pipe is made in the form of a cassette container filled with a fire-extinguishing reagent and is equipped with a flexible joint, fixed with one end to the container, and with the other one - to a hook in the thrower's area, at the same time the thrower is additionally equipped with a fixator of the working length of the flexible joint made in the form of a steel rope wound in guide dishes on the outer generating surface of the barrelled pipe, and the fixator of the working length of the flexible joint is made in the form of a hingedly fixed perforated plank with a marking scale and a slider with a pin stop, the cassette container represents a rigid sleeve with stamps in the output section area and is equipped with a longitudinal channel for installation of the steel rope.

EFFECT: structural simplicity and manufacturability, capability to throw containers of large mass with fire-extinguishing and other reagents using a cheap and affordable explosive, for instance, propane-butane or acetylene.
