FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: door unit comprises a steel frame of a door opening made by means of bending or stamping, which forms a seat for a door frame made of two parts of sheet steel by means of bending or stamping and with the possibility to install an armour, to locate a filler and decorative finishing outside without additional fixtures, door hinges. The frame of the door opening may be made both from separate steel blanks by the method of their pairwise bending, by number of sides to form corners between shelves, on one of which along the entire perimetre there are distancing bosses (10) welded with a threaded hole at the end, and on the opposite shelf there are holes arranged for pulling of coupling bolts (11) to them, which at the corners pass through applied L-shaped joint plates, and in a solid-stamped version of half-frames without such, but with preservation of all holes for passage of coupling bolts to bosses, making it possible to clamp a wall with shelves-cases and to simultaneously form a door seat to product a slot along the entire perimetre of its adjacency for laying of a sealing element (14). The door being hollow comprises two panels (16, 18) of sheet steel, having board bends, on one the boards are higher than on the other one, and their top is bent with a gap inside for matching with three boards of the second panel inside with the help of wooden racks or other spacers along the perimetre. For possible installation of the armour or a decorative finish (24), the door ridges are clamped and bent inside to the plane of the frame to form a case slot, besides, bushings of suspended joints are rigidly fixed to them, and their axes (12) are fixed rigidly to the door seat on the frame along the fold with high anti-engagement leg (13), which is stretched along the hinge bushing height and is at the distance of the minimum gap from it.
EFFECT: simplified design and improved break-in resistance of the door unit.
