FIELD: doors.
SUBSTANCE: door comprises door leaf 3 with outer and inner panels 11, 12 of lining and filler 15, and door frame 2. Door box 2 and door leaf 3 have rectangular frames from aluminum sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 16, 17, 18, 19 of stepped section interconnected by door hinges 4 fixed by each hinge brackets 42, 41 to frames of door frame 2 and door leaf 3. Door box 2 and door leaf 3 are configured to form at least two gates in a stepped gap at abutment of their steps 32, 34 along the edges of profiles 5, 6, 7, 8 to profiles 16, 17, 18, 19 in doors closed state. Frame of door frame 2 for mounting in door opening is formed by vertical profile 5 of lock rack and profile 6 of stitch post, as well as horizontal profile 7 of upper bridge and profile 8 of threshold. Profiles 5, 6 of lock and hinge posts, as well as horizontal profile 7 of upper strap, respectively, have each two closed chambers 28, 29 in form of two rectangles in cross section, connected by section of common wall 30 with formation of stepped surface made with recesses 35 for seals 36 on stage 34, which is a protruding free part of common wall, and in stage 32, opposite first chamber 28. Threshold profile 8 has stepped surface with recesses 35 for seals 36 at its steps 32, 34 for connection with profile 19 of web of lower door leaf 3. Door leaf 3 is equipped with built-in between its outer and inner panels 11, 12 of load steel box 9, in which there is filler 15. Said box 9 is made of steel sheet in form of parallelepiped, opposite vertical faces of this box 9 are rigidly fixed to anti-parallel sides of lengthwise beam 22 of profile 16 of post of lock and flat lengthwise beam 22 of section profile 17 of frame of door frame of door leaf 3.
EFFECT: simplified design, reduced labor intensity of manufacturing and installation, increased reliability, operational reliability of the product, with simultaneous improvement of tightness and sound insulation, increased reliability and durability, as well as thermal insulation.
