FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device has three mutually orthogonal geo-acoustic signal sensors, an amplifier, commutator switches, an analogue-to-digital converter and a block of band-pass filters. Use of a pulse-frequency modulator and a controlled output stage in the logging device significantly simplifies the logging device by excluding a block of filters and an analogue-to-digital converter. The received information is synchronised by the controlled output stage and a unit for selecting silent intervals in the ground-based panel, and the pulse-frequency signal is converted to a signal which is proportional to the vibration of the medium by introducing a pulse former and a low-pass filter into the circuit of the ground-based panel. The possibility of using a thermometer and a gamma-ray logging unit broadens the capabilities of the device and its field of use.
EFFECT: high thermal stability and reliability of the device, possibility of selecting the optimum range of measured signals during logging.
