FIELD: physics, geophysics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysics, particularly, to geophysical analysis of gas wells. Device of downhole instrument comprises three mutually perpendicular transducers of geoacoustic signals, amplifier, bandpass filters, ADC and control unit. Besides, claimed device incorporates three extra voltage followers with high input resistance and low output resistance. Inputs of the latter are connected geoacoustic signal transducers while their outputs are connected to first commutator 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd inputs. Output of three-frequency calibration generator is connected with first commutator 4^th output. Note here that generator control input is connected with control unit output.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurements.
