FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: oscillator consists of active part that includes field transistor, the first bipolar transistor and the first resistor; the second bipolar transistor; the second resistor; the first capacitor; common bus; inductance coil; power bus; output bus; the third resistor; the second capacitor; the third and the fourth bipolar transistors; the fourth, fifth and sixth resistors; the third capacitor. When power is on, from some of its level the output differential resistance of active part becomes negative, and when self-excitation condition is met in oscillator there set are sine wave oscillations. At low oscillator supply voltage values the positive feedback acts via the circuit from output bus to control input of active part, which accelerates oscillations occurrence process. When supply voltage increases, negative feedback acts via the circuit from output bus to control input of active part, which stabilises the amplitude of oscillations of the oscillator.
EFFECT: enlarging the range of working supply voltages and increasing the stability of amplitude of generated oscillations at the change of supply voltage value.
