FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: digital time discriminator comprises serially connected filter, a comparison unit, the second delay unit, the first summator and a digital-to-analog converter, and also the second summator. The first input of the second summator is connected to the outlet of the reverse counter, the second inlet - to the output of the second delay unit, and the outlet - to the first inlet of the filter. A signal of zero setting arrives to the second inlet of the filter at the beginning of target following, which also arrives to the second inlet of the second delay unit. A threshold signal is sent to the second inlet of the comparison unit. A reference signal is supplied to the second inlet of the first summator, and the outlet of the digital-to-analog converter is connected to the inlet of a strobe generator.
EFFECT: equivalent expansion of a quasilinear working section of a discriminator characteristic due to efficient correction of a signal of negative processing of tracking system communication, arriving to the discriminator as a reference digital code, which in its turn results in reduction of the possibility of target tracking disruption, expansion of tracking system dynamic stability area, which includes the device.
