The method envisages preparation of recipe components, mincing bulb onions and garlic, sunflower flour filling with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, mixing the said components with tomato puree, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, clove, cinnamon and mustard, vacuum cooking, addition of acetic acid, packing, sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce sauce with low adhesion to container walls.
