SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tomato sauce production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, mincing bulb onions and garlic, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, mixing the said components with tomato puree, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, clove, cinnamon and mustard, vacuum cooking of the mixture, addition of acetic acid, the product packing, sealing and sterilisation. All the components are taken at a specified content ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the product adhesion to container walls.
