FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely biomechanics, human physiology. A technical effect is higher test quality of an individual's ability for target control of body balance displacement accompanying handling the complex motor tasks. A method is implemented by tests conducted with the use of a stabilometric platform in which a target point of a bearing area is specified, A person being tested is presented with the body pressure point and target point values. The person is given a task to match the body pressure point and the target point; the pressure point displacement is analysed, and the individual's ability for target control of body balance displacement is evaluated. At least two target points are specified, while the tests are four-staged; each stage implies the target point displacing in the preset direction; the person being tested is given a task to match the body pressure point and the preset target points by displacing the body balance in a plane perpendicular to the direction of the target points. At each stage, a task efficiency ratio and a task appraisement are calculated.
EFFECT: individual's ability for target control of body balance displacement is evaluated by the mean task efficiency and appraisement at the four testing stages.
