SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely traumatology, orthopedics and neurology, and can be used to identify asymmetries of movements. To do this, various wireless sensors for measuring the acceleration projection and the corners of the body orientation are attached to the wrists and lower limbs of the subject. Moreover, the places of attachment of sensors to groups of muscles of the same purpose for the upper and lower extremities are strictly fixed and mirror symmetrical with respect to the vertical axis of the human body. Information from the sensors is transferred to the computerized device during the performance of various physical exercises. Then, the spectra of the values of the readings of the sensors are analyzed, form the area of permissible deviations of the asymmetry of movements for a given group of physical exercises, presented as a model of the "average" user. Form a model of limb movements of the subject. Motion asymmetry is diagnosed on the basis of analysis of the spectrum of the presented measurements in comparison with the permissible deviations of the model of the "average" user.

EFFECT: method provides a reliable estimate of the asymmetry of the musculoskeletal system in the act of performing certain movements due to the possibility of multivariate modeling and comparison by using statistical methods for this group of exercises.
