FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cardiosurgery. A cardiac prosthesis comprises a main hydraulic actuator arranged between artificial ventricles and designed for actuation of one of said artificial ventricles with the required flow intensity, as well as auxiliary actuator designed for correction of the intensities of diastolic and systolic flows of the other of said ventricles.
EFFECT: provided adjustment of the cardiac prosthesis performance and patient's physiology.
