FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for preparing multi-component gas mixes to be used in calibration and testing gas analysers and sensors in analytical instrument making. Proposed device comprises cylinders with pressure control valves containing diluent gas and reference gases, valves, mixing chamber, vacuum meter of mixing chamber, pressure gage of mixing chamber and vacuum booster pump. Compensation chamber with inlet and outlet valves, differential pressure gage with one inlet communicated with compensation chamber and another inlet communicated with mixing chamber is arranged between aforesaid cylinder and mixing chamber, after every feed of reference gas into mixing chamber, diluent gas is fed into compensation chamber unless pressure and two said chambers is not equal. In dispensing another gas, its partial pressure in read from differential pressure gage prepared mix is allowed for.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of multi-component gas mix preparation.
