FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of discharging viscous products from railway tank cars. Proposed device comprises two pressure pipelines to be connected to pump feeding fluid for heating product contained in tank car. Each said pipeline is shaped to arc with length equal to, at least, one fourth of circle of radius equal to or smaller than tank car diameter and fixed in cantilever at the center of said circle to rotate on axle thereabout. Note here that every pipeline allows locating its axis of rotation at the level of upper filler neck on its both sides so that pipelines may revolve in vertical plane and pass inside tank car via said upper filler neck.
EFFECT: efficient heating of whatever viscous tank car, simple design and control.
