FIELD: railway transport; unloading railway tank cars. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical heat carrier incoming and outgoing pipelines. Outgoing pipeline has stopped end and nozzle attachments for delivering heat carrier and has housing with spring and spring travel limiter. To increase intensification of heating and cut down draining time with simultaneous simplification of design, device is provided additionally with base, flexible guides and two rockers with holders. Outgoing pipeline is installed in housing for engagement with spring which is fitted on base to which housing and heat carrier incoming pipeline are rigidly connected. Flexible guides are secured on base for free displacement. Upper parts of guides are rigidly connected to housing. End face of heat carrier outgoing pipeline is made in form of concave spherical surface. Nozzle attachments of outgoing pipeline are installed at angle relative to housing axis. Rockers with holders are installed and secured in diametrically opposite sides of bases. Base has clamps in which flexible guides are freely fitted. Holders are connected to corresponding rocker through fixing springs. Stops mounted on rocker serve to limit travel of holder. Radius of concave spherical surface of end face of heat carrier outgoing pipeline is equal to radius of convex surface of valve of tank draining shutoff.
